Dear User, we would like to inform you that Pronostici Naturali uses your personal data in full compliance with applicable regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) and other applicable data protection laws.
Personal data processing operations and their purposes
Below, we summarize all the operations we carry out that involve the collection, storage, or processing of your personal data, and the purposes of each:
- Collection and storage of your personal data for the purpose of service provision and to provide the Judicial Authority with the requested information;
- processing of the personal data provided by you and those inferred from your web surfing, according to the process better clarified in the general conditions of service, in order to define your business profile;
- Collection, storage and processing of your personal data for administrative – accounting purposes, including the possible transmission of commercial invoices by electronic mail;
- Use of your business profile by Pronostici Naturali for Pronostici Naturali’s own marketing and promotional purposes;
- Use of your business profile by Natural Predictions for third-party marketing and promotional purposes;
Method of treatment
The processing will take place in a totally automated manner by means of a process that allows for the detection of the Customer’s commercial attitudes manifested through online behavior. Pronostici Naturali will adopt an access analysis system limited to a predefined list of sites that best represent the Customer’s interests from a strictly and exclusively commercial point of view. The list will consist of the most commercially representative sites. Such sites will be chosen from the most popular and stable for each merchandise category. The catalog thus defined will be kept up-to-date and will be periodically verified by Pronostici Naturali. Pronostici Naturali, through the system of formation and preservation of the aforementioned catalog, ensures and guarantees that the aforementioned catalog will not include sites in which topics concerning sensitive data within the meaning of Articles 4 lett. D and 26 of Legislative Decree 196/03 are directly or indirectly processed. Therefore, any processing that may directly or indirectly concern sensitive data will be excluded a priori.
Freedom to give consent and consequences of refusal
The provision of consent to the processing of personal data provided for the purposes in (a), (b), (c), is necessary.
If you refuse to provide consent, we will not be able to provide you with Natural Predictions services.
In contrast, in case of refusal of consent for the purpose (d) and (e), there will be no consequence.
Owner and controller
The data controller is Stefano Bergomi, with registered office in via Sant’Abbondio 3 Colico 23823 (LC). Any instances pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 should be addressed to Stefano Bergomi, Sole Responsible pursuant to art.29 of Legislative Decree 196/03.
Rights of the interested party

- In relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her even if not yet recorded and their communication in an intelligible form.
- The data subject has the right to obtain indication in relation to:
data source;
purpose of processing;
logic of processing;
Identification details of the Owner and Managers;
Of the parties to whom the data may be disclosed.
- The interested party also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification or supplementation of the data collected; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
A statement that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention of those to whom such data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
- The data subject also has the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material.
