We use cookies and similar technologies to enable services and features on our site and to understand your interactions with our content. By clicking “Accept”, you consent to the use of these technologies.

Websites use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper functioning of procedures and improve the experience of using online applications. This policy provides detailed information on the use of cookies and similar technologies, how they are used, and how to manage them.

Definitions
Cookies are short text files (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the client (browser) to be reused during the same visit (session cookies) or later, even after several days (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, based on user preferences, by the individual browser on the device used (computer, tablet, smartphone). Similar technologies, such as web beacons, clear GIFs, and HTML5 local storage, can be used to collect information on user behavior and use of services.

Types of cookies

  • Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the proper functioning of the site, they are used, for example, to manage logins and user-defined functions. Their duration is limited to the duration of the session.
  • Analytics and performance cookies: These collect anonymous site traffic and usage data. They allow us to detect whether the same user returns and allow us to improve the site. Disabling these cookies does not affect overall functionality. These include tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar, used to anonymously analyze user behavior and improve the browsing experience.
  • Profiling cookies: permanent, used to identify user preferences and improve the browsing experience. Advertising cookies used through Google AdSense and partners adhering to the IAB TCF standard are managed through the Google CMP (Funding Choices).
  • Third-party cookies: While browsing, you may receive cookies from sites managed by third parties (e.g., social media plugins for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube). The management of information collected by third parties is governed by their policies.

Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to anonymously analyze web traffic. The cookies collected do not identify the user and are not associated with other information held by Google. You can prevent the use of Google Analytics by downloading the opt-out browser add-on from the link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Duration of cookies
Some cookies remain active until the browser is closed (session cookies). Others “survive” and remain available for subsequent visits (persistent cookies). The duration is set by the server at the time of creation and is indicated in the detailed Cookie Policy.

Cookie management
Users can choose whether or not to accept cookies through their browser settings and through the consent management systems available on the site:

  • CookieYes banner: for technical, analytical, and general marketing cookies.
  • Google CMP (Funding Choices): for AdSense and partner advertising cookies.

Disabling technical cookies may compromise the use of some features, while disabling third-party cookies does not affect general navigation.
