TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A) Validity
2. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of all content and services (hereinafter, the “Content”) offered by Predictions Naturals (hereinafter, “PN”) to its users (hereinafter, “Users” or “User”), on the website (hereinafter, the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions also apply to content and services that Users submit as part of the Site in the form of emails, social media contributions, forums or chat communications, (hereinafter, the “User Content”).
3. PN is a site of organized information that arises from statistical evaluations observed over the years in soccer leagues. Natural Predictions does not provide pre-filled bets but indications based on statistical data. Natural Predictions is an independent project, is not a bookmaker and does not accept bets.
4. The manner of use, especially through computers, mobile devices, and/or other hardware and/or software does not affect the validity of the Terms and Conditions.
5. PN expressly reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

1. B) Regulations
2. Please note that the law prohibits betting by minors under the age of 18 and that sports betting is a high-risk event. Therefore, legal and responsible gaming and in line with one’s economic possibilities is recommended.

It is also recalled that gaming, for residents of Italy, is regulated according to the rules of “Gambling” and protected by the Customs and Monopolies Agency, guarantor of legality and safety on the matter, to ensure the transparency of gaming.

2. Natural Predictions is in favor of healthy, responsible, independent gaming and is totally opposed to, strongly condemns, and in no way instigates attitudes and modes of gambling.
3. Users are responsible for being aware of the legislation in force in their country of residence.

1. C) Enrollment
2. Use of the Site is restricted to registered and enrolled Users. Registration and enrollment takes place upon the user’s request, to be completed in the appropriate area of the Site. For registration you must already be 18 years of age or older.
3. Registration for access to the Site requires payment of the prescribed amount. Each individual may create only one profile. Membership is strictly personal and may not be transferred to allow access to the Site by anyone other than the member. PN reserves the right to delete and block the account indefinitely of any user who attempts to circumvent these rules, without any obligation to return the amount paid for membership.
4. Registration must contain the required data correct, not misleading and complete. By checking the reserved boxes during registration, the User gives his/her consent for PN to send e-mails for communications, news and promotion. By registering, the User agrees that PN will send e-mails necessary to manage their account (e.g., password recovery, registration confirmation, and other essential service communications), which PN sends regardless of their preferences for receiving other communications.
5. Registration and registration for access to the Site, implies a commitment to comply with these Terms and Conditions. In particular, in the course of registration, by placing a check mark in the check box “I declare that I am 18 years of age or older” and “I accept the Terms and Conditions”, the User confirms that he/she has read and at the same time declares that he/she expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
6. PN reserves the right, in case of incorrect data indication, to exclude completely or partially (even permanently) the User from using the Site. In particular, it reserves the right to delete any registered User who is under 18 years of age.
7. The User agrees to keep his data up to date at all times and, in the event of changes, to proceed to correct the relevant data in the profile created on the Site.
8. Registered users may, at any time, request deletion of their profile and related data by sending an explicit request in writing using the form on the contact page. Deletion will terminate your membership and you will no longer be able to use the services of the Site.
9. By registering you immediately access the digital services of the Site, so you lose the right to exercise withdrawal from the contract and therefore no partial or full refunds can be made.

2. PN does not guarantee the constant updating of the information contained therein and is not responsible for the consequences of any errors therein, nor for any financial losses or other damages that may result from such errors, nor shall PN be held liable for any damages, including infection by computer viruses, that visitors’ equipment may suffer as a result of accessing and/or interconnecting with the Site or downloading, even where permitted by the Site any Content.
3. The hyperlinks on this site may direct visitors’ search to web pages on sites other than this one. In this case, PN assumes no responsibility either for the content published on such sites and the use that third parties may make of it, or for any damage caused by or originating from accessing such sites, interconnecting with them, or downloading their content.
4. Users should not hold PN, responsible based on any recommendations or information provided. Users, visitors and subscribers to the Site, therefore confirm that they have legal capacity and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their acts and decisions.

1. E) Ownership of Content
2. The User acknowledges that the entire content of the Site is the exclusive and unrestricted property of the rightful owner. The User agrees to use the Site and all content and information therein solely within the scope of personal and private regulatory use. Texts, photos, graphics, commercial and strategic logics, audio and video materials included may not be published, rewritten, commercialized, distributed by users and third parties in any way and in any form. Any act directed at copying, reproducing, publishing or subtracting, modifying or altering such material even through technical expedients, without authorization, is punishable on the basis of civil and criminal copyright laws.

Anyone wishing to be authorized to copy, reproduce, or quote pages or portions of text from this site, outside the cases permitted by law, must make an explicit written request to PN using the form on the contact page. Violation of copyright law carries criminal and particularly serious penalties, especially if those who illegally use the work do so for profit.

2. Trademarks appearing on the Site (with and/or without logos, whether registered or unregistered) are trademarks belonging to their respective owners.
3. Any reference to trademarks on the Site neither explicitly nor implicitly constitutes any right, license, or authorization to use such trademarks without the consent in writing of the rightful Owner or relevant third parties.
4. Any use of trademarks appearing on the Site for which the rightful Owner or any third party has not given specific and prior written consent is strictly prohibited. PN and any third parties reserve all rights available by law, including in the area of criminal law, in order to ensure that their rights are respected.
5. Any User Content transferred directly by User to PN or directly or indirectly through Site becomes the exclusive and unrestricted property of PN. There is no right to compensation or reimbursement in respect of the User as part of these Terms and Conditions. With the transfer of User Content of any kind the User waives any rights to the transferred content.

By submitting content via Site, the User:

– Declares that he has full authority to do so

– grants PN the right to modify, adapt, publish and use the submitted content and any derivative works thereof, in all media platforms, existing or future, for any purpose, in perpetuity, without compensation or reimbursement to the User

– acknowledges that he or she may enjoy so-called “moral rights” to the content, for example, the right to be recognized as the author of the published content and the right to protect the work against acts that are prejudicial to the author. The User agrees to waive any moral rights he or she may have in relation to the content

– agrees that PN has no obligation to monitor or protect User’s rights with respect to any content submitted by User to Advisor

– shall take all necessary and appropriate measures to ensure continued strict compliance with confidentiality obligations in relation to the Content

6. Access to the Site and its contents, may be temporarily or permanently restricted at any time. In particular, PN reserves the right to interrupt the Site without prior notice, for urgent technical reasons or to allow maintenance work to be carried out where it proves necessary. PN shall under no circumstances be held liable for any damages resulting from such maintenance work.
7. There will be no images or files on the Site that could be considered offensive, but PN cannot, in any case, guarantee that such situations will not occur. PN cannot and should not be held responsible for what is written by users since each person is solely responsible for what he or she writes. PN will attempt to limit damage by deleting, where possible, phrases and wording deemed obscene or offensive to third parties.
8. PN also reserves the right to expand or modify, as well as to constantly supplement or limit the Site’s offerings.

1. F) Prohibition of abusive behavior
2. Any abusive behavior is prohibited on the site. Such behavior occurs in particular, by way of example only, in the event that:

– any prohibition set forth in these Terms and Conditions is violated

– Are intentionally given incorrect or misleading information

– attempts are made to influence PN’s platform through agreements, program meddling and other means contrary to the rules

– you intentionally cause anomalies and malfunctions in order to affect the smooth operation of the Service

– Is disclosed directly or indirectly or is allowed to be disclosed all or part of any content of the Site to third parties

– other provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions are violated

2. The User also agrees not to:

– Undertakes any attempt to tamper with the software used on the Site and to access it in any way or to develop software that accesses the Site software

– Do not use any type of software that allows you to create multiple registered Profiles

– do not use any software that allows the User to analyze the Site or reproduce or access the Site and related programs in any way

– Attempt to improperly decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or modify any data, circumvent any encryption technology or protection measures or data transmitted, processed or stored by PN

– “mining,” performing “web scraping,” or collecting any information about other Users using the Site including, but not limited to, personal data or information, including by uploading information retrieval tools such as, but not limited to, “pixel tags,” cookies, and image formats or similar items occasionally also referred to as “spyware” or “pcms” (passive collection mechanisms)

– Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation

– Use the Site in any other manner contrary to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions

3. PN reserves the right, if necessary, to initiate the necessary steps to discover and prevent the User’s use of unauthorized software. In particular, the right to identify or locate programs installed on the User’s computer or mobile terminal, or to create profiles for verification purposes. In the event that PN detects or has a well-founded belief that prohibited software is being used, it is authorized to delete the profile of the relevant User and to consider any legal action to obtain reimbursement for all damages caused.

1. G) Support and Assistance
2. Users are entitled to send communications for support and assistance using the appropriate form in the contact us section. PN will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible, nevertheless there is no right to have the helpline constantly available or to receive a response to e-mailed requests within a specified time.

1. H) Jurisdiction
2. All legal relationships between PN and the User are subject exclusively to Italian law, unless otherwise established by the legislation in force from time to time, the competent court for any disputes related to the existence, perfection or termination of the legal relationship between the User and PN is the Court of Milan.
